A wonderful hotel in a perfect setting. Clean, well furnished, friendly staff. Lots of bars and restaurants. Amazing royal palaces. Easy access to Berlin and Berlin airport. Highly recommend.

Feels like a small family owned hotel, even though it is not. The staff is absolutely fantastic, especially Miss Viola at the front desk. She was very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable of the area. Will stay there again on my next trip to Berlin.

Boutique hotel in a stunning location. All major sites within walking distance or through frequent nearby public transport. Rooms very comfortable with air con and effective double glazing that eliminates street noise. Quality and quantity of foods for breakfast was excellent.

Lovely central find

Beautifully appointed room that was much larger than we expected. Staff went out of their way to get me a different type of pillow. Lovely sundeck to use. And most importantly, great proximity to all of of pot stem. He walked everywhere from the farmers market to the Palace and all of our meals with ease

The hotel is located in a historic, well kept building very well situated at the beginning of the main shopping street. The front desk was very friendly and guided us personally to a beautiful room. Very comfortable bed and the room had many amenities (even an umbrella for guests to use). We travelled with our toddler and the room service had the cutest bed set up in the room for our son. The breakfast buffet is also recommendable. We would definitely return to this hotel on a future stay in Potsdam. Don't miss the KPI store and outlet right next to the hotel.

Sehr schönes Hotel, mitten im Herzen von Potsdam. Bis zum Schloß Sanssouci sind wir in etwa 20 min. gelaufen, der Schlosspark war ca. 10 min. entfernt, direkt am Hotel fängt die lange Einkaufsmeile an, ca.10 min. Fußmarsch lag das holländische Viertel, gegenüber ist ein Parkhaus. Wir nächtigen definitiv wieder in diesem Hotel, wenn es nach Potsdam geht. Personal an der Rezeption sehr nett.

Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für den Besuch von Potsdam. Nettes Stadthotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal und tollem Frühstück für einen sehr fairen Preis. Aufpreis für Hunde ist mit EUR 22 pro Nacht etwas happig aber es gibt auch ein Hundebett, Napf und ein paar Leckerlis. Der beige Teppichboden in den Hundezimmern ist nicht appetitlich und sollte dringend durch einen wischbaren Boden ersetzt werden aber das war auch der einzige wirkliche Kritikpunkt.

Tolle Lage um Potsdam zu Fuß zu erkunden. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren in einem Nebengebäude im Studio untergebracht. Das Studio war groß, schön und comfortabel eingerichtet, allerdings hatte das Mobiliar (Schreibtisch Beschichtung gesplittert, Badezimmerspiegel Sprung im Glas) und auch die Wände Gebrauchsspuren. Zumindest „tote Spinne“ hätte man von der Wand entfernen können. Es gab keine Kaffeemaschine, nur einen Wasserkocher. Die Wassergläser klebten (unverständlicherweise) am Tablett fest, im Wasserkocher war noch Restwasser vom Vorgänger.
