The apartment is newly renovated and is located in the light flooded 2nd floor, south facing, with a small terrace. The kitchen area is in the living room and has an electric cooker with ceramic hob and a fridge-freezer, and a dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, radio. Living room, new sofa, sleeps 2 persons. Bedroom, new box spring bed, 180 x 200 cm. The bathroom is bright and has a toilet, shower, sink, washing machine, hair dryer, soap. Sheets and towels are included in the price. Location: This apartment is located in a quiet area, but central. There is a good bus and subway connection. Several buses can be reached in about 4 minutes on foot, where you will find the shops and restaurants. To Potsdamer Platz or Kurfürstendamm can be reached in about 30 minutes. The Britzer garden with several playgrounds and restaurants can be reached in about 7 minutes. The swimming pool and outdoor pool can be reached in about 6 minutes on foot. The trotting course can be reached in about 12 minutes. To bowling alley it is about 12 minutes walk. The Tempelhofer Feld and Kreuzberg can be reached in about 20 minutes by public transport or car. Enjoyable stay - recommended

The appartment is on the top floor, spacious, very light with a nice view. The host is very kind and helpful. Our bike with carrier could safely be parked sheltered in the back yard. All in all we enjoyed our stay very much, quiet area, easy connection with public transport to the centre.

Great place for a family. Has everything you need, even a small balcony for a sublime summer morning breakfast. Quiet neighbourhood, with public transport and a supermarkt near the accomodation. The private parking space is a big plus. There's also free parking near U-Bahn station Alt-Mariendorf - very convenient!

Check in super. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr gut. Alles vorhanden. WLAN war drinnen absolut ok, auf dem Balkon fast nicht vorhanden. Leider fehlt eine Verdunkelung im Schlafzimmer.Radtouren sind von diesem Standort sehr gut zu machen ( Potsdam oder auch Müggelsee).

Lädt zum Wiedekommen ein

Wir durften bereits zum zweiten mal Gäste in dieser Ferienwohnung sein und haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, der Balkon ein Traum das Bett ebenso. Es ist alles vorhanden, was im alltäglichen Gebrauch nötig ist und zusätzlich das ein oder andere nette Acsessoir. Es ist sehr viel Platz vorhanden, die Anbindung sowie extrem ruhige und schöne grüne Lage mit angrenzendem Park sind perfekt. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und zuvorkommend, wir hatten hier das ein oder andere sehr nette Gespräch. Rundum zufrieden kommen wir auf jeden Fall gerne wieder. Alles wie erwartet super :)

Alles super! Die Unterkunft war sauber und sehr geräumig. Unser Baby (9 Monate) hat bei uns mit im Bett geschlafen. Die Lage war ebenfalls gut. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist man schnell bei den Highlights von Berlin. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft weiter :)

Ferienwohnung Mariendorf

Wir haben eine sehr komfortable Wohnung vorgefunden. Die Betten waren bequem, die Küche voll ausgestattet und der Wohnbereich hat zu einem längeren Aufenthalt eingeladen. Wir genossen die Ruhe im Haus, von der kleinen Anliegerstraße war nichts zu hören. Zusätzlich konnten wir den Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück nutzen. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Ruhig und ungestört

Die Ausstattung mit Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, allen Waschmitteln war perfekt. Helle Wohnung mit kleinem Balkon, die auch zum Verweilen einlädt, wenn da nicht die Metropole lockte. In direkter Nähe ist ein Edeka und die Busanbindung.

Super weiter zu empfehlen - kommen gerne wieder

Die FeWo war sehr schön eingerichtet und vor allem sehr hell und freundlich. Das Badezimmer ist sehr geräumig und gepflegt. Die Wohngegend ist sehr ruhig, abends auf dem Balkon hatten wir einen schönen Blick auf die Umgebung. Der Edeka Markt ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Wir können diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Auf den ersten Blick eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Recht modern eingerichtet. Ein schönes Bad. Leider lies bei genauem Hinschauen die Sauberkeit ein wenig zu wünschen übrig. Auch Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe usw, war alles zusamengewürfelt. Das wirkte alles ein wenig chaotisch. Positiv war der Stellplatz fürs Auto auf dem Gelände, wekche durch ein Tor gesichert war. Auch der Empfang von der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und informativ. Die Lage war auch klasse. Schön ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren fußläufig. Und und zum Essengehen war auch alles fußläufig in der Nähe. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt gut. Wenn die Sauberkeit verbessert wird, kann man de Wohnung absolut empfehlen.

Premium-Wohnung in Berlin

Superschöne und bis ins kleinste Detail ausgestattete Wohnung mit herrlicher, kleiner Dachterrasse über den Dächern des kleinen Wohngebietes (Spielstraße - komplett ruhig). Achtung: Macht die Terrassentür nicht ganz zu, wenn Ihr draußen seid. Man sperrt sich dann selbst aus.... wobei: Ein kurzer Anruf und Karin hat uns sofort wieder" befreit". Die Lage nahe Britzer Garten ist wunderbar. Wir haben uns seeeeehr wohl gefühlt - danke nochmal an Karin und ihren Mann 😉
