It is at ground-floor, and the bedroom is the first room you are in when you open the door. There is a big window that faces the street, so honestly it feels as if one was in a store. The neighborhood is very busy and noisy, and the appartment had horrible insulation. Both the window and the door were very thin, so one could hear clearly any conversation of people passing by, let alone cars and sirens. There was also a gap under the door that let the cold in. But even more, there was a very bad comunication with expedia and the host, that hindered any possibility of getting a refund and or complainibg about the conditions of the place.
