The apartment itself is a spacious 4-bedroom retreat with approximately 130 square meters of living space, comfortably accommodating up to 14 guests. Designed for both comfort and practicality, it features a bright, open-plan living and kitchen area, complete with a large flat-screen TV and two comfortable sofa beds—ideal for relaxing after a day in the city.
