Ideally Located This furnished apartment is located in Schöneberg, centrally-located in Berlin and one of the city's most vibrant neighborhoods. Eclectic Schöneberg is known for its hip boutiques and the thriving nightlife scene centered around Nollendorfplatz. There's also a diverse culinary scene, with plenty of international options. The neighborhood is also home to Kaufhaus des Westens, a massive luxury department store with an entire floor dedicated to gourmet foods. Another local gem is Hans-Baluschek Park, a lovely green space where you can take a long walk or play sports with friends. Schöneberg is served by several S-Bahn, U-Bahn and bus lines. Other things to note This Blueground apartment has flexible lease options, allowing you to book it for three months, a year, or more. Pets are welcome, though weight limits and breed restrictions apply and may incur fees. Please keep in mind that this is a walk up building. We take great pride in ensuring every photo displayed is shot in our own units with our actual furnishings. That said, we regularly refresh our decor and furniture arrangement, which may differ from what’s pictured. A security deposit of €1670 is required at booking, which will be returned within 2-4 weeks after the check-out, minus any deductible damages. Also note \- There are stairs leading up to the entrance of this apartment, but no elevator This apartment is available for temporary stays only and is not suitable for tourist or permanent residential use.
