Renovated old Berlin building in the trendy district of Neukölln. 2 minutes to the nearest station. Direct connection to the center in 10 minutes. International environment with cafes, restaurants and shopping.

Beautifully furnished, clean, really cosy, bright flat with balcony. Renovated Berlin building from 1920s, in the trendy district of Neukölln. International environment with cafes, restaurants and shopping facilities. 2 minutes to the next S- and U-Bahn (subway) station. Direct connection to the centre in 10 minutes or with the around Berlin. Very good transport connections to the airport and motorway, free parking in the neighbourhood.

The light wooden floorboards, high ceilings and windows already make up a large part of the positive atmosphere of the flat. The south-facing position brings in a lot of light, so that when you enter the flat you immediately get a cosy feeling. In addition, there is a beautiful, reduced furnishing that has a very friendly effect. Most guests immediately get a good feeling of being at home, which lasts until the end.

Neighbourhood

International environment with cafes, restaurants, parks and shopping facilities. In the middle of the lively, colourful and highly interesting district of Neukölln. Very close to the former Tempelhof Airport ("Berlin Airlift"), now a park area. Ever jogged on a runway?

On the way

The U8 underground takes you once through the middle of Berlin, via Kreuzberg, Mitte, Prenzlauer Berg to Wedding. The U7 goes to West Berlin through Kreuzberg, Schöneberg, Wilmersdorf, Scharlottenburg to Spandau.
The S41/S42 ring line circles left and right around Berlin.
The airports can be reached in about 40 minutes, the slip road to motorway 100 in about 5 minutes.

Super Unterkunft zu sehr fairen Preis in guter Lage
Der Vermieter war leider nicht da, da er selbst auf Wanderurlaub war, die Schlüsselübergabe lief aber problemlos über eine Nachbarin ab. DasApartment ist schön und hell und entspricht den Bildern. Hab mich sofort wohl gefühlt. Auf Frage reagierte Alex sehr schnell. Super netter Kontakt, gerne wieder :)
