Ausstattungstechnisch fehlt es an fast nichts. Die Lage ist sehr gut, auch für Familien mit Kindern (Tram in 5 Minuten, Spielplatz in 2 Minuten, Edeka in 1 Minute, ...). Zwei Mankos: Die WLAN Abdeckung in der Wohnung ist katastrophal, über mobile Daten ging leider auch nicht viel (vermutlich aufgrund der dicken Mauern und EG-Lage). Die Straße vor der Wohnung ist mit groben Pflastersteinen gepflastert.
