The bright, spacious apartment (approx. 50 square metres) is located in a beautiful building with the typical Berlin charm of an older building. It features a spacious living area with a large flat-screen TV, a comfortable sleeper sofa, and a comfortable bed.
The fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher) features a cosy dining area. The bathroom is bright and airy and has a comfortable shower.

You can easily explore various Berlin highlights using public transport, whether it’s the Brandenburg Gate, the famous Friedrichstraße, Kurfürstendamm, or Checkpoint Charlie. There are many lovely bars, great restaurants, and a wide variety of shopping options in the area surrounding the apartment.

Towels and bedding are, of course, included in the price. Cots are available upon request.

Public transport access is excellent. The Senefelderplatz and Eberswalderstraße stations are just a few minutes’ walk away. Right around the corner, there’s a car park where you can park for €12 per day.

For holidaymakers, there’s an additional culture and tourism tax of 7.5%, which isn’t included in the total price. Payment is due during online check-in.
