10/10 Exceptional! (6 reviews)
We stayed in a type c property with two separate self- contained bedrooms which was connected with a dual lockable door. The facilities were good although some maintenance was required on the cupboard doors.
The pools were nice although the tiles were coming off and required maintenance as well.

9.6/10 Exceptional! (9 reviews)
The property is located in a brand-new skyscraper that is yet to be completed and launched. It is very, very quiet (felt like I was the only person in the entire building).
Facilities work fine and are brand new. Reception staff also good.
Biggest drawback: Jewel Oxley is not yet in any ride or delivery app, so couriers and drivers deliver to building next door or wait for you somewhere completely different.
Overall good stay.

8.4/10 Very good! (621 reviews)
Reasonable price and easy access to transport and Bukit Bintang area. Our initial room had a leak in bathroom and staff quickly offered us another room. Towels were a bit musty but had basic amenities, including slippers. One of the lifts (left hand side) was hotter than the other. Overall, it was good value and staff were polite and pleasant, and catered to what we needed for our stay.

Good central location, clean rooms with comfortable bedding.
Complimentary afternoon tea is a bonus and we happened to attend an afternoon tea with games which was a fun touch.

"We had two rooms and one of the room doors was very difficult to open/close. I won’t know whether this was a simple matter of adjusting a few screws or the door and frame no longer fit together. The same was true for the connecting doors that were difficult to close. The internet was very slow and ..."

"Hotel and room was great at the price point, just unfortunate didn't manage to get any early check-in on the day of arrival. In fact, only got keys to room 15 mins after the standard check-in time. Apart from that, enjoyed the balcony in the room and the large bathtub too. Buffet Breakfast was great ..."
