comfortable family hotel. Some of the reception staff were a bit less friendly but everyone else was immensely helpful. Hygiene of indoor pool was a bit worrying...

This place is beautiful, relaxing, not overcrowded at all. Beautiful views, very clean. Friendly staff. Would definitely recommend Piekenierskloof 👌

A well-run hotel in a beautiful location!
We certainly enjoyed our 3 days at the Piekenierskloof Mountain Resort. It is a great place to just relax or discover the many attractions of the Cederberg region. Highly recommended!

Beautiful bathroom no hot water
Booked the honeymoon suite and payed more especially for the beautiful bathroom. Unfortunately no hot water and the way handled by management with sorry for the inconvenience not good enough. Very friendly staff. Breakfast ok.

The room was very comfortable except for the small toilet which made it difficult to use. I would have preferred a walk in shower. Maybe I should have been specific at the time of booking.

Goede en efficiënte ontvangst. Op zich een keurig verzorgde chalet met mooi uitzicht en een goede keuken. Het huis bleek echter super gehorig, je kon de buren van het aangrenzende chalet letterlijk verstaan. De pizza's van het restaurant waren niet goed geprepareerd, de manager haalde ze na reclamatie gelijk van de rekening.
