It was very convenient for sightseeing. There is a public parking lot across the street as well as street parking. We were there in late September and it was easy to find parking.

Hotel de France is very good value close to the old district . It is quite simple, basic accommodation but clean with aircon and a comfortable bed. It also has a nice pool and seating if that is needed. One night here was fine on our way to the airport.

Comfortable beds ,helpful staff, perfectly placed for the city's shops and restaurants, clean rooms but could do with a bit more clothing space, but apart from that enjoyable stay.

Right on the edge of city centre, everything no more than 10 minute walk. Loads of restaurants, bars and cafes nearby. Hotel clean, tidy and comfortable, staff were superb, nothing a problem. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again. Really enjoyed our stay at Hotel de France.

Set in a good position. Air con in bed rooms but not in dining room/ tv area. Swimming pool a welcome addition with free towels although shut at 8.30pm. Excellent breakfast spread. Difficult to get served from bar in the evening.

A clean, conveniently located hotel. Quiet rooms. Good AC once I figured it out. Bathroom is divided in two and a bit small. A shelf under the sink to put my toiletries on would be nice instead of the floor. Oh, which remind me, the sink drain in room #1 leaks just a bit and I forgot to let the front desk know. The bed was SUPER comfortable! I would stay here again.
