Wir hatten einen richtig schönen Aufenthalt in diesem kleinen, charmanten Hotel. Es liegt in einer tollen Straße mit kleinen Bars, Restaurants und Geschäften. Für uns als Familie war die Lage perfekt, um Bergamo zu Fuß zu erkunden und die Stadt ganz entspannt zu erleben. Besonders schön fanden wir den Frühstücksservice: Jeden Morgen hingen Körbe mit frischen Brötchen und Croissants vor der Tür. Ab dem zweiten Morgen ist unser Sohn voller Vorfreude losgezogen, um das Frühstück hereinzuholen. Ein kleines Detail, das uns besonders in Erinnerung bleibt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Sehr sauber. Frühstückt war so schön gemacht alles auf dem Zimmer um 7:30 bekommt man vor der Tür in einem Korb frische Backwaren. Parkplätze sind vorhanden im Hof. Personal war sehr lieb ganz freundlich. Immer wieder gerne 💕

Great location in a nice area of the lower city,with several bars and restaurants nearby. The room was large, spacious and had everything we needed down to milk in the fridge and biscuits,tea etc.Superb. Next morning there was a basket of baked goods hanging on the wall outside our room,a novel way to receive breakfast,but brilliant nonetheless. You could walk to citta alta from the property but it was 38 degrees during our visit so we got the bus up a couple of blocks away from the property.

Nice big room facing back of property so not too noisy.Had cooking facilities with 2 ring hob,microwave,sink and fridge and bakery items arrived in basket outside room.at 730.Ear plugs provided as church bells close by ring from 730 onwards.Bathroom sink was all cracked and could do with replacing and walk in shower could do with being resealed as water leaked all over floor no matter what way turned shower head.

The room was a good size and very clean. The food available in the mini fridge and the buns and croissants in the morning were lovely. It is on a very busy and loud street, so the offered earplugs were appreciated. The pillows were very flat and not to my liking, so my sleep was not fantastic. Reception was excellent. When we had trouble reaching a taxi to take us to dinner, we were helped immediately even with no one on site. We had a fantastic dinner because of it. Thank you for a great stay.

O hotel fica um pouco afastado do centro, existem transportes para acesso ao centro e à estação central de trens, mas tem que caminhar um pouco. O local é bem agradável, com vários pequenos mercados, padarias, cafés, restaurantes. O quarto em si é bem espaçoso, a cozinha é bem equipada e o banheiro é bom, tudo muito limpo. O café da manhã é bom, servido no quarto. Check in e check out foram bem tranquilos.

Excellently organised hotel. Room was spacious and clean, with perfect mini kitchen setup. Breakfast was outstanding with fresh pastries and bread left at the door in the morning, to match the jams, yoghurt, milk and cereal in the room, along with coffee pods for the machine in the room. Parking available for EUR10 per day onsite. 10-15 minute walk to the funicular ir bus to beautiful Citta Alta. Absolutely fantastic stay, highly recommended.

Wir haben am Anreisetag eine WhatsApp mit dem Zimmer+ Eingangscode bekommen. Hat alles super geklappt. Das Auto konnten wir im Hof abstellen. Zum Frühstück bekamen wir immer frische Brötchen und Croissants. Milch, Joghurt, Butter, Streichkäse, Zwieback, Saft, Cerialien und Kaffe wurden jeden Tag aufgefüllt. So konnten wir uns das Frühstück selber machen was wir sehr praktisch fanden. Das einzige Hotel in dem man im Nachthemd frühstücken kann. Smile.. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und da unser Zimmer zum Hof raus war, wars auch sehr ruhig. Ein super Hotel, von dem aus man alles das sehr gut zu Fuss erreicht. Bei unserem nächsten Bergamo Besuch werden wir sehr gerne wieder in der RESIDENZA DEL BORGO übernachten.

The contactless check in so easy. The area is good with a few restaurants nearby. It took us 20 minutes to walk to the Funicular to take you up to Citta Alta. 2 wee croissants and 2 wee rolls left in a basket outside my door in the morning along with milk, water, butter and cheese left in the fridge is a really nice touch. Kettle and a coffee maker in the room too. There was a bit of a 'drain' smell when we came back into thr room in the evening. And the room is a bit noisy. From outside and from other guests.
