"Great stopover hotel for Stansted Airport"

"The room was great, the pub was great, the food was great and the staff were great 👍"

"lovely place to stay food good and very friendly &helpful staff"

"Wonderful stay, excellent facilities and very helpful staff"

"Room was clean but whole floor smelt of cigarette smoke. It’s a shame because the rooms are letting down the hotel as the rest of the hotel is very nice and it could be a top spot to visit. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the grounds were stunning! Food was also great but more on the expensive side. I had the burger on the menu (£18) it did come with chips and was tasty! Good place to stay if you want a short stay but it could do with some TLC"

"Great overnight stay. Clean, comfortable and great food, what more could I ask for."

"Loved this place so much. It seems to be a local hangout which was fantastic. It’s on a busy street, so expect some noise, but other than that was fantastic. Already planning my next trip back!"

"Great staff, nice food menu. Room comfy and large for a group of 4. They even do airport transfers but we didn’t need to use this. Would definitely stay again"

"Fantastic location, fantastic staff and fantastic food. Will definitely stay here again"

"Clean room, nice pub, friendly staff, recommended."

"Very nice place to stay and Evening meal and breakfast very good. I stayed in the rooms outside the building which there are around 5-6 rooms. Definitely would stay again although I do hope the hot water and heating will work on my next visit."

"The bar and food were really good for an airport hotel and the staff were so friendly the breakfast was plentiful too very good stay indeed"

"Very friendly staff and a most comfortable stay. Great breakfast."

"Perfect stay friendly staff and easy commute to London."

"Stayed here while attending an appointment at Papworth Hospital and had a great experience. The hotel was excellent value for money, in a peaceful location, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well presented. The staff were lovely, and having a bar and restaurant on site was a real bonus. We ordered drinks and dessert, both of which were delicious. I would happily stay here again if the price is right."

"Beautifully cottage in village close to Stanstead Airport and connections to London. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely return."

"It has to be said that the house and grounds are superb and Met my desire to have my friend wake up on her 80th birthday in palatial surroundings. However I have just been informed at the end of breakfast that it is not included in my Expedia booking! There is no warning of that whatsoever and I think that it is deceitful and deceptive. "

"The restaurant was amazing the food was excellent, the rice for the room I had was over priced and didn't realise that it was at the end of the Stanstead runway very noisy it is a good airport hotel but not a weekend away It s in a beautiful setting"

"Great breakfast, clean room. Really comfortable bed"

"We have stayed at the Feathers a few times now and it has always been a good stay."
