"Another lovely stay at Ibis budget at Berck, on the way back to England. I had driven though rain most if the day, so a good shower and comfortable bed were very welcome. "

"Comfortable and clean. Main bedroom layout doesn’t work well and kitchen layout is bit awkward too but aside these 2 points it’s a lovely house on a nice complex, which is still relatively new and needs to mature abit."

"On arrival to Dormio resort we were shocked to see that our house was opposite a building site and also the rear of the property. This was not mentioned on booking. The images shown on the web site were nothing like we saw. The house itself was very clean, but to be charged 80euros for the house to be cleaned on leaving is a complete rip off. We were told that we had to put our own duvet covers on and on leaving, strip the beds, take out the rubbish and clean the kitchen. Just wondering what 80...

"This is NOT a hotel or motel, it’s a more like a barracks encampment with adjoining shacks in clusters. If shirtless, drinking groups of men is what you’re looking for, this is your place! But lower your expectations about the quality of these ‘men’. Parking??? Hahahahaha, sure there’s parking’ somewhere in the town, but not near the shack they call a room. Never entered the room, because it didn’t look safe with the other guests. "

"Travelling across France and Spain we stayed in three budget hotels and this was the best. A reasonable €5 surcharge for our dog and no hidden extra costs. Large clean room with comfortable beds, ensuite shower room, plenty of hot water and efficient radiators. Would recommend this hotel above any other budget chain. Friendly, helpful staff."

"Very nice hotel for £60/ night, clean and spacious room. Dinner at restaurant was excellent! Good size portions. Nice to have a bar and restaurant open on a Sunday evening when most of France closes down all day. Shame hotel.com allows hotel to advertise the spa and pool as part of the hotel rate when there’s a 35€ fee for the use of the pool and jacuzzi. "

"The experience was not good in this hotel. The staff was not understandable. We came to hotel around 8pm and we wanted to have a dinner in hotel's restaurant but they said that there no place anymore. The receptionist directed us to the cetral town. The problem is that all local restaurants in this town close around 9pm, we did not know about that. We did able to find a place where to have a meal and we back at our hotel.
