Beautiful property. Our apartment was very modern and stylish inside. Both bed and sofa bed very comfortable. Enjoyed the outdoor seating area in garden courtyard.

A beautiful and historic building. We were lucky enough to stay in Marshal Ney's room. The staff were so friendly , welcoming and helpful.

What a wonderful part of the world & what a lovely hotel! Only one thing that can be improved - the coffee at breakfast. But then you can order a proper coffee which is what I should have done.

Stunning little house with French imperial history. Received warmly by the lady at reception who suggested that I park my bike in the quad, even though the town of 2000 inhabitants is very safe. Lovely room, spotless, looks recently renovated. The town itself is also very charming and restaurants and shops are within very close walking distance.

A wonderful stay

Our first time here, albeit it only for a single night. Very friendly, helpful and attentive staff and with a clean, comfortable and quiet room. We'll definitely be back.

Lovely hotel, well maintained with everything needed in the room. Easy free parking near the Citadel. We had a cosy room on the second floor. Spacious grand staircase, no lift. We'd stay again.

Lovely building sympathetically turned into a hotel. My only dissapointment was the breakfast which I thought was over priced and they forgot to order eggs!

Absolutely gorgeous hotel - really comfortable, beautifully styled, friendly and helpful staff, great food at breakfast and the barman makes wonderful cocktails in the evening! Perfectly placed between the Citadelle and the centre of town with its first-class restaurants.

Excellent one night family stop over on the way to the shuttle. Welcoming at reception. Mezzanine beds for the kids. Everything clean and tidy. Didn't eat at the hotel. Had dinner at Grand'Place cafe and a beer in Le Douglas

Nice apartment, showering difficult

The apartment was very nicely designed and decorated. The hotel only offered breakfast which was fine for us with plenty of options in the town. The one drawback was the fact that there was only a bath in the bedroom so for an older couple it was difficult to shower.

Slightly disappointed. It was not staffed as a hotel should be. Only one lady present, carrying out admin and customer requests …. and hence a longish wait before we could check in. No porterage. No elevator. No parking. Lovely room. But hotel services non-existent, really.
