  • Built in 1607, the "Ederhaus" was rebuilt in 1996 in accordance with historic preservation guidelines and is located in a prime yet quiet spot right in the heart of Berchtesgaden, offering you a relaxing holiday in the Berchtesgaden Alps any time of year.
    The Royal Palace, the Spa and Congress Centre, the spa gardens, bus stops, and the pedestrian zone with all its shopping options are all in the immediate vicinity. Beer gardens, restaurants, bakeries, cafés, and pubs are just a few minutes’ walk away. The Watzmann-Therme, the ice rink, the salt mine, and the Obersalzberg Railway are also just a few minutes away.
    Our house also serves as a starting point for many interesting hikes in the Berchtesgaden mountains.
    The comfortable and cosily furnished holiday apartment (approx. 48 sqm) is located in the attic. The living room is equipped with satellite TV, a radio, and a balcony. It also features a dining area and a kitchenette with a two-burner stove, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a toaster, and an electric kettle.
    A travel cot and a high chair can be provided free of charge.
    A parking space is available in front of the house.
