Our two holiday apartments were renovated and refurnished for you in 2023. The apartments are fully equipped with underfloor heating. Our beds, in particular, offer exceptional relaxation thanks to their motorised, adjustable comfort frames. Both apartments have received a 4-star rating from the DTV. Park right at the property. The holiday apartments are located on the ground floor and feature a spacious balcony. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

You’ll find exceptional comfort in our bedrooms, which feature 180/200 cm double beds with motorised adjustable comfort frames,
blackout curtains, and bed linens provided.
The bedside lamp and lighting can be controlled from the bed. Outlets are available next to the bed.
A rollaway bed is available upon request.
In our bathrooms, you’ll find plenty of terry towels, a towel warmer, and a walk-in rain shower at floor level,
Hair dryers and magnifying mirrors are provided.
Our kitchens are fully equipped with 4 hob burners, a range hood, an oven, a dishwasher,
a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a drip coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, plenty of
kitchen utensils, and a spacious seating area.
The cosy living room features a pull-out couch, a flat-screen TV, and plenty of
storage space.
In the hallway, you’ll find a coat rack and a full-length mirror.
On the balcony, you can relax in your rocking sun lounger.
Non-smoking apartment; no pets allowed. Storage space is available for bicycles, strollers, skis, and similar items.
Many popular attractions (such as the Rossfeld Panorama Road, Kehlstein, the salt mine, etc.) are just a few minutes’ drive away. There are also numerous hiking trails and mountain tours in the Berchtesgadener Land region and the surrounding area. In winter, Oberau offers the ideal introduction to winter sports with the Rossfeld family ski area, which guarantees natural snow. You can access the local cross-country ski trail directly from our lodging. You can also start your ski tour to the Rossfeld directly from our lodging.
