There is no parking! The free parking is on the street. The advertised hot tub was broken. They need to provide a way to make tea and coffee in the room as the breakfast time is 8-9:30\. The tub is not in the bathroom and showering is awkward as no shower, you have a hand held shower in the tub and no curtain to...

The website does definitely state its rural, so it warns you, but it does also mention that its just 2 buses from Alicante airport, and fails to mention the one hour and 10 minute walk from castalla to the hotel. Totally worth it, beautiful hotel to set up a retreat for yourself for a couple days, but people might struggle in the heat woth the walk if planning on taking buses"
