This comfortable holiday home was built in the style of a finca and is situated in a quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac. The spacious plot has a very beautifully landscaped Mediterranean garden and offers a carport with two parking spaces. The large pool terrace has a beautiful sea view and a wonderful view to the Peñón de Ifach. The terrace has sun all day and invites you to relax. In addition to a large outdoor shower (cold/warm), there is also a cosy summer kitchen. The pool terrace is very private and cannot be overlooked. The house is entered through the spacious and air-conditioned living-dining room, which is adjoined by the very well-equipped kitchen. From a side door of the kitchen, a nice breakfast terrace can be reached, which can be shaded with an electric awning. Furthermore, the house has a large air-conditioned bedroom (beds 1.80m x 2.00m) with en-suite bathroom and a second bedroom as well air-conditioned (beds 1.80m x 2.00m), also with en-suite bathroom.
