BEAUTIFUL MEDITERRANEAN VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL IN BENISSA COSTA (COSTA BLANCA). For a maximum of 10 guests.   
  
LAYOUT: Discover an authentic Mediterranean villa located close to the charming Cala Pinets, a picturesque cove that fully represents the beauty of the Mediterranean coast. This stunning villa embraces the essence of Mediterranean architecture and offers an idyllic retreat in a truly breathtaking location. As you approach the villa, you will have access to the villa by opening a large electric gate, where we find a large private parking area and a huge garden area surrounding this magnificent villa. The garden is adorned with natural grass and gives a sense of tranquility to the villa. The private parking area offers a comfortable place for a large number of vehicles. Once accessed on the plot of the villa, we can access the villa through the main door on the ground floor, or if we want to reach the upper floor, by climbing up a convenient external staircase. The villa offers a total of five bedrooms and three bathrooms. The upper floor even offers a dining room, where the whole family and/or friends can spend time together. If you wish to eat outside, a large terrace with table and chairs awaits you, located right in front of the villa. The villa Tabarca offers a nice pool area, where sun loungers are available for the guests.   
  
EXTERIOR: As mentioned before, the villa has a large plot with enough space to provide a comfortable stay for all the guests. On the back side, we find an important sized garden area with natural grass, and on the other side of the villa we encounter a cozy and private pool area where nice times with barbecue events can be organized. Just a 5 minutes walk away, there is the Cala Pinets cove where you can dip into the sea with its crystal clear waters. As well the sand beach of Playa La Fustera is just a short drive away from the villa.   
  
SITUATION: The villa Tabarca is ideal situated just between the Cala Llobella and Cala Pinets, two lovely stone beaches where you can soak up the sun whilst relaxing next to the sea. As well, a bit further but still a short distance, is the beautiful sand beach of La Fustera, with its typical seafood restaurants and other beach bars. From there, you can go for a fantastic hike all the way along the coast towards the town of Calpe. The villa is close to all amenities, like shops and supermarkets, by only a short drive away. For all those who are seeking a beautiful villa enjoying the pure Mediterranean life, ideally located at the Costa Blanca, this villa is the perfect choice.
