Charming holiday villa with private pool in Calpe, Costa Blanca, designed to accommodate 4 people on a single floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms for greater comfort.

This beautiful villa offers a cosy living-dining room with SAT/DTT TV that includes Netflix, Amazon and Apple TV services. The open kitchen is equipped with an induction hob. The two bedrooms include one with a double bed and another with two single beds. In addition, the villa has a bathroom with a shower tray and a guest toilet.



EXTERIOR:



The exterior is highlighted by a large covered terrace leading to a charming 8x4 kidney-shaped pool. A solarium offers a space to enjoy the wonderful views. A barbecue is also provided to enjoy outdoor meals, and the outdoor parking has space for 2 vehicles.
