On the lower floor, there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed and dressing room, the other with twin beds), both with access to a terrace offering open mountain views. There are two bathrooms (one with an en-suite shower, the other with an en-suite bathtub) and access to another terrace with a laundry room. On the main floor, at pool level, there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with twin beds) and a bathroom with a shower. There is also a guest toilet, a fully equipped independent kitchen, and a dining room. Finally, a spacious and comfortable living room opens directly to the outdoor area. OUTDOORS: You will enjoy a beautiful and private pool, perfect for cooling off on the hottest summer days. It is surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers, and a well-kept garden with palm trees, olive trees, and plants. There is a covered barbecue area with an outdoor kitchen and a dining table with chairs – perfect for enjoying evening meals in the fresh night air. The covered terrace also offers a chill-out area furnished with comfortable wicker sofas and armchairs. At the entrance, there is a spacious patio with a table and chairs, plants, and a ping pong table where children can have fun. Before entering the villa, you have a large open parking area where you can comfortably park your vehicles.
