Impressive and very private rustic-style exclusive villa with private pool located in Benissa (Costa Blanca) for 12 people, with six bedrooms, six bathrooms and a toilet, distributed over two floors connected by an interior staircase.
INTERIOR: The GROUND FLOOR consists of a fully equipped independent kitchen, with dishwasher, gas hobs and 2 ovens, a very spacious dining room, a living room with DTT/Sat TV, a bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with two single beds, air conditioning and an en-suite shower bathroom, a separate toilet, a room with a washing machine, and within it a shower bathroom. The UPPER FLOOR consists of a large bedroom with two single beds, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, another bedroom with two single beds, air conditioning and an en-suite shower bathroom, another bedroom with 2 single beds, air conditioning and an en-suite shower bathroom and finally, a bedroom with 2 single beds, air conditioning and an en-suite shower bathroom.
EXTERIOR: 4000 m2 plot partially fenced with various trees and a lawn area to enjoy the sun. Impressive large private pool, dimensions 15x4.5m with a built-in ramp. Covered barbecue area with sink, shower and toilet. Parking for 5-6 vehicles.
LOCATION: The villa is located in a quiet residential area called Rafaelet. It is 3 km from the centre of Benissa, its supermarkets and other services, 10 km from the centre of Calpe and 11 km from the sandy beach (arenal-bol de Calpe).
Observations: Free WiFi. Pets up to 12 kg are accepted with a supplement.
