STUNNING VILLA WITH EXCEPTIONAL SEA VIEWS AND LOCATION, 50 METERS FROM THE SEA AND ECOLOGICAL PROMENADE OF BENISSA, PERFECT FOR OUR VACATION.
LAYOUT: Villa La Suerte offers four spacious bedrooms equipped with air conditioning that provide a comfortable and cool stay during summer days. It also has three bathrooms, one of them with a curious and pleasant ceiling lighting that simulates a starry sky. The kitchen on the upper main floor is spacious, with a large storage space and appliances that increase its practicality such as a wine fridge and two hot plates, with a central island to enjoy snacks. The dining and living room are connected next to the kitchen, very bright rooms with sea views and access to a large covered and uncovered terrace, where you can observe beautiful sunrises. The lower floor is very practical because it is located in front of the terrace and pool. It has an auxiliary kitchen and a living room. In addition, it is where one of the four bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower are located.
EXTERIOR: The villa has a large private pool surrounded by a spacious terrace with different rest areas from where we can enjoy the views of the Mediterranean Sea. Comfortable sun loungers for sunbathing, different relaxation sets and a wooden dining room where everyone can sit together and enjoy a barbecue. In addition, there is a garage with a ping pong table, perfectly sheltered from the wind so that children and adults can have a fun afternoon.
LOCATION: One of the main features of Villa La Suerte is its location. It is only a 50-meter walk from the ecological promenade and access to the Advocat cove. It is a beautiful sandy cove with a beach bar where you can eat or have a snack. The Benissa Ecological Promenade is a route that runs along the coast and offers spectacular views of the sea, the natural park of Peñón de Ifach and the calmest coves that are distributed along its coast.
