The interior of the villa has been completely renovated, giving it a modern style and at the same time keeping the Mediterranean furniture, with a personal touch of color. With an approximate surface of 230m2.



On the upper floor you will have two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with single beds), a bathroom with shower and a toilet. There is also a spacious and bright living room with the kitchen. Finally on this floor you will find a terrace with beautiful views on the surrounding hills and the the sea.



The ground floor is composed of two other bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with single beds), a bathroom with shower and another toilet. You will find also living-dining room and kitchen.



EXTERIOR: This independent villa, built on an inclined plot of about 520m2, has a well-kept garden, with several terraces of different levels, both covered and uncovered. The pool area is at the level of the ground floor and there is a nice barbecue area on a lower level. There is space enough to park three vehicles inside the plot.
