Due to its characteristics, it is not recommended with children under 6 years old. Distribution: The villa was built in 1973 and has recently been completely refurbished. It has a total built area of 830 m2 distributed over 2 floors connected by interior stairs. The whole house is air-conditioned with individual splits in each room. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living-dining room with large windows with sea views and access to a large circular terrace. The living room leads to a large modern kitchen with all the appliances and kitchen elements necessary for a perfect stay. On the same floor there is 1 large bedroom with bathroom en suite. Also on this floor there is a room for the washing machine and storage for luggage. On the upper floor, there are 3 bedrooms, two of which share a bathroom. The large suite has a spacious bathroom with bathtub and shower, dressing room and a large circular terrace with beautiful sea views that can be enjoyed from the shower and from the bed. All rooms are tastefully decorated and air-conditioned. The exterior of the property with a surface area of 830 m2 has a large, private swimming pool with sunbeds and a beautiful pergola for dining or eating with sea views.
