Just a short 500-meter stroll will take you to the Pepe la Sal shopping center, which is surrounded by a wide variety of excellent restaurants. For beach lovers, the stunning coves and beaches of the Benissa coast are only a 5-minute drive away. Additionally, the lively center of Moraira, with its extensive array of restaurants, bars, and water sports, is just 4 kilometers from your doorstep.

Step outside into your own private oasis. The villa’s outdoor space is a haven for relaxation and fun, with a large, south-facing private pool and an expansive terrace equipped with sun loungers. A ping-pong table provides entertainment for all ages, while the exotic garden creates a serene backdrop for the pleasant barbecue area. As evening approaches, the south orientation of the villa allows you to enjoy breathtaking views of the sunset.
