The house is situated in a coastal, hilly and residential area, at 1 km from Cala Baladrar beach and at 5 km from Moraira. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The accommodation offers a lovely Mediterranean garden with trees, a great private pool and beautiful views of the mountains. We had a wonderful stay. Garden, Pool, was perfect. The house was very clean, bathrooms were recently renewed. A well equipped villa. Driving time to the beach: 10 minutes. We will definitively come back.

Beautiful views and a fully enclosed garden. The villa is good it’s position giving easy access to Benissa, which has good sports facilities. The road into Moraira is lined with bars and restaurants and there is a beautiful coastal walk into Calpe not far away.
