It is only 0.7 km from the beautiful Baladrar Cove where we also find a very popular beach bar in the summer months. In the surroundings of the villa, less than 500 meters away, we find several bars, restaurants, the Pepe La Sal shopping center, a pharmacy, hairdressers, a gym, etc. Also, 4 km away is the center of Moraira, a famous and adorable coastal town that enjoys some very beautiful beaches. Moraira has grown in popularity year after year and has become one of the points of interest on the Costa Blanca thanks to its wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops right next to the coast. The villa offers parking for 2 cars, from there, we continue towards a spacious terrace with a private pool, sun loungers, and a barbecue area with charming views of the garden. The villa is built on 2 floors, connected by internal stairs. From the parking lot, a couple of stairs lead to the main entrance corridor, once inside, on the right we have the living room with SAT+TV+DVD+A/C, a small dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. From the kitchen, there is access to a large covered terrace with outdoor furniture to enjoy meals outdoors and in the shade, this balcony has access to the pool terrace via stairs. From the corridor to the right, we find two double bedrooms with A/C that share a shower. From the corridor, through the internal stairs, you go up to the master bedroom with a double bed, TV+A/C, a private bathroom/shower, as well as a balcony with sea views. The house has a washing machine and dryer. Villa Naranja offers the possibility of having the pool heated at an additional cost of 200.€/week.
