The bedside cabinet fell off the wall. We had a broken kettle which wasn't replaced. There was 1 drinling mug in an apartment for 4 people which was dirty and unusable. We had no handtowels. We contacted the owner immediately. It took her 2 days to reply and no issues were solved. Would not book through this lady again.
