- Spectacular Villa with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with private 10x5m pool, barbecue, pergola Mediterranean style, several terraces to eat, enjoy and relax outdoors. It has a parking area for 3 cars.
This property has been recently renovated.
It is surrounded by a large garden with different environments.
The area where the house is located is an urbanization of about 150 villas, with tennis court service, bar / restaurant and community pools.
It is a very quiet area with beautiful surroundings, surrounded by high mountains, unspoiled nature and with spectacular views towards the sea and the whole valley.
In the village there are several bars / restaurants, and a small supermarket where in the mornings it offers fresh bread and croissants.
It is located 15 minutes by car from the wonderful beaches of the Costa Blanca
Close to cities such as Denia and Javea, with great attractions to visit, impressive restaurants, several of them with Michelin stars.
