The main living room offers a flat screen TV, cable, satellite and internet channels, with amazing views and access to the pool, the patio door opens.to a secluded walled garden area with well stocked walled terraces filled with mature trees, shrubs and flowers providing guests with complete privacy to sunbath, swim and relax. The kitchen is modern and well kitted out, again with access to a covered shaded seating swimming pool, Casita bar, barbecue, outside bathroom and poolside shower. Sun loungers , swimming towels and garden furniture are provided.
There is plenty to do during your stay. ‘Benidoleig’ is, a friendly Spanish community, with cash point, chemist, newspaper shop, florist, and well stocked supermarket with several small bars and restaurants, I recommend . ‘Gastrotaberna Temple Bar’ and ‘Bar Bonavista’ offer excellent fine dining and tapas.

Service Charge
End of Vacation Cleaning Charge for the amount of 200 Euro's must be paid to the house keeper Euro's on arrival.
Laundry Costs
For bedding and towels is charged per person and paid directly to the house keeper on arrival Guests will be informed of this cost before vacation.
Electricity
Each rental has been assessed by a a daily rental rate, A 100 Euro deposit is required on arrival for additional electricity used and will be refunded for electricity units not used. Meter readings will be taken on arrival and departure, Deposit to given to the house keeper on arrival
