We had the most relaxing 3 days at this resort! Amazing grounds, attentive staff and 5 star amenities and service. We did not want to leave and will definitely return again. Many thanks to all the Mohammedā€™s, Suffiane, the reception staff and all the wait staff. The restaurant staff, spa staff and all the wait staff were especially attentive. We enjoyed the spa very much and kept coming back again and again. Thanks for making our time very enjoyable and relaxing. * Note this is comparable to a Ritz Carlton standard of service and facilities. They did a great job merging Moroccan hospitality to western standards while keeping elements and integrity of the culture.

As a frequent traveller I can honestly say that the level of service and quality at this hotel truly rivals that of high-end hotels in many countries, including such as NY and Dubai. The staff are exceptionally professional and welcoming, always going the extra mile to make guests feel comfortable. The facilities are spotless and well-maintained, with daily cleaning done to a very high standard. Whether youā€™re traveling with family (as we did), as a couple, or on business, this hotel delivers an experience that feels both luxurious and effortless. Highly recommend!

Great, hotel is beautiful and staff are very friendly, only negative was the limited of activities because is not summer yet, it is a hotel to relax and enjoy your stay, for younger sister wonā€™t be a good idea, staff are amazing and the treatment feel you very welcome there
