"Had a great time. This is my paternal grandfather's hometown. Great location, helpful staff. You need new pool cues! The tops are all broken. Had a great time. The old city was magical!"

"Clean, friendly, perfect for one night stay, with plenty of dining options at various prices all within walking distance. (And a few shops just opposite)"

"Quick overnight before an early flight out of BSL. Front desk was friendly and helped schedule our ride for the morning. Free airport shuttle was on time and honestly a blessing. Room was small but served its purpose and was comfortable."

"We stayed here for a quick stop in Mulhouse. The setup is very simple and minimal, which was perfect for what we needed. For the price, it’s really hard to beat. The staff was also very welcoming!"

"It was value for money as a budget hotel. However whole building was designed for winter I believe. It’s not a liveable place in summer weather specially hot weather like this year (2026) without air conditioning. This was the main concern for me. Hotel staff have changed our fan, a better one, following my request to change the room."

Very welcoming staff, lovely clean room with comfy beds. Fantastic generous sized rooms and bathroom. Only downside was noisy air con but during the heatwave I’d rather have a noisy air con than no air con

The hotel sits on the outskirts in an industrial area, with a bus stop and train stop right outside the window for easy transport links. Despite its location, the surroundings were surprisingly quiet. The room’s décor was a little dark and could have used a dusting, and a few lights weren’t working. The sofa bed was essentially a mattress on the floor, which wasn’t the most comfortable setup. On the positive side, the bathroom was lovely and modern, and the breakfast was plentiful and...

First time at the Arrow Hotel. Situated in a very quiet area with plenty of parking and very welcoming reception. The room was modern, clean and had the advantage of a kettle and coffee machine as well as an efficient air con unit given how hot it was outside.
There is an Lidl less than 10 mins walk away for any essentials but breakfast was plentiful and well presented.
We will stay again when next in the area

A very good hotel which is handy for the airport, a large supermarket and eating opportunities. Spacious room with good seating, AC, shower and bath, kettle, shutters. Very pleasing breakfast but busy with families. We found both the hotel free shuttle from the airport and the local bus to Huningue (then walk over to Weil am Rhein) very useful.

Pleasant 2 night stay in a lovely quiet town. Comfortable bed, spacious accommodation. Nice quiet aircon, excellent parking. Top marks for the croissants. I think the communal area would benefit from a water cooler and/or a vending machine, as we were there on a Sunday when everywhere is closed, and it was very hot. This is not a criticism, more an observation.

Beautifully well kept hotel and front plaza. Would recommend to anyone travelling to Basel. With free fruit and coffee, tea and fruit juice. the hotel is only a tram ride away from the centre.

We had a great room on the top floor with fantastic view. But if you want the hotel's shuttle bus you must pre book it. Otherwise the 50 bus takes you right there - free if you have a hotel booking. We checked in late and checked out late. No problem. Good breakfast.

The staff were all great, the room was modern, clean and well thought out and the food in the restaurant (both breakfast and dinner) was fantastic! I’d definitely stay again if I was in this area.

Possibly the biggest room we have ever seen in a hotel! This room was massive! A huge kitchen, giant bathroom plus an extra toilet. Really great facilities including a huge, swivel TV. Brilliant view over the park and river.
The room was meticulously clean and the hotel was very well presented. An excellent stay, would certainly recommend for larger families

The best area to stay in Bendorf is the town centre, particularly around the Hauptstraße.
This area is the heart of Bendorf and offers the most convenience for visitors. The Hauptstraße is the main street, lined with local shops, bakeries, and traditional restaurants. It's very walkable and provides easy access to the local market square and the historic church.
For couples looking for a relaxed break, the town centre is ideal. You'll find charming guesthouses and hotels within walking distance of everything. It's a pleasant place for evening strolls and enjoying local cuisine without needing a car.
Travellers on business trips will also find the town centre practical. Many of the larger hotels with conference facilities are located here or just a short walk away.
When is the best time to go to Bendorf?
The best time to go to Bendorf is during the late spring (May-June) and early autumn (September-October) months, when the weather is pleasant and the region is less crowded.
Late spring offers mild temperatures, making it ideal for exploring the natural beauty of the Northern Vosges Regional Nature Park. The countryside is lush, and wildflowers are in bloom, superb for gentle hikes or leisurely drives through picturesque villages. This period is particularly good for couples or solo travellers looking for a peaceful escape into nature, with opportunities for outdoor activities without the intensity of the summer heat.
Early autumn also provides agreeable weather, often with crisp, sunny days and comfortable temperatures. The changing colours of the foliage across the Vosges mountains create stunning landscapes, superb for photography and scenic drives. This season is excellent for those who appreciate fine local cuisine and wine, as it coincides with harvest festivals in the surrounding areas.
