The only reason I didn’t give 5* is because, sadly my mother passed away while we were there and the hotel wouldn’t refund us for the final night of our stay even though they knew the circumstances. "I stayed for 3 nights and would absolutely return. The aesthetics of the hotel are beautiful and the room quality is amazing. The walls are a bit thin so do be aware. The staff was very helpful and gave us ideas of what to do during our stay. The terrace on the fifth floor was really the highlight of everything since you can see the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada. The location was very central and easily walkable to just about anywhere in the city. I can’t wait to visit again! "

Great hotel for the Alhambra
"Rooms were clean and comfortable . The kettle with complimentary tea and coffee was a bonus. Breakfast had plenty of choice to suit most people. Staff were helpful, polite & pleasant The hotel is very close to the Alhambra & only a 20 min downhill walk into the city .There is a regular hop on hop off bus service or tourist train close to the hotel if you prefer not to walk. On site parking is available. Hope to return later in the year ."
