"We tried to check in , they were not available at the site, we ended up without a hotel that night, next morning, we asked expedia for refund since we didn’t stay at the hotel. Expedia was trying to communicate with the hotel for full or even partial refund. "It may be in the middle of an industrial area but the hotel was great, well maintained and relatively cheap. It had a restaurant/bar attached which serves tapas with every round of drinks. We were planning on having a meal but after all that tapas there wasn't any need. Access to the hotel (although reception is manned most of the time) and room was via a WiFi operated key on your mobile, which was a bit fiddly to set up but was easy once done."
