Our stay at Honest Hotel was perfect, location incredible, the bedroom was spacious and comfortable, but what made the difference was the staff at the Hotel Pili was extremely helpful and resourceful, and in general the whole staff was incredible

Tudo bom, a única coisa absolutamente incompreensivel foi a demora no check in. SURREAL!!! Não tenho palavras. O grupo de dois casais com duas crianças que estava à minha frente levou mais de meia hora a fazer check in e eu tive que esperar todo esse tempo!!! O meu próprio processo de check in (dois adultos e uma criança) demorou outro absurdo. Não há explicação para isto! Não é minimamente aceitável !!!
