The property is newly built and furnished to a very high standard. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden with sun loungers. Enjoy a quick dip in the private heated saltwater pool and wash away all your stress. The property includes private parking and a wall that encloses the grounds, ensuring a very safe and quiet atmosphere. This is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the fresh, starry nights of Benalmádena. A lovely place to spend an once-in-a-lifetime holiday in the heart of the Costa del Sol, with an excellent climate year-round and a wide variety of activities to suit every taste.

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen, a BBQ, a laundry room, towels and linens, high-speed Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, laptops, a printer, and much more…

It has a private heated saltwater pool and garden. If you prefer sand between your toes, the beaches of both Torremolinos and Benalmádena are just a 5-minute walk away.

Check-in is anytime from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
Late check-in must be paid in cash:
– From 21:00 (9 p.m. to 12 a.m.), there is an extra charge of 50 euros.
– After 00:00 (12 a.m.), there is an extra charge of 60 euros.

- We charge an additional 40€ for a baby cot and high chair per accommodation.

***IMPORTANT: Please let us know if you would like this service so we can start heating the pool before your arrival. Heat pumps generally heat a pool within 24 to 72 hours, so it will take a couple of days to heat the pool from about 15°C to approximately 25–28°C. Please note that a heated pool does not provide jacuzzi-style heat; the pool will never be warmer than approximately 25–28°C. To maintain the pool’s temperature, it should always be covered when not in use; otherwise, the heat will escape and the pool will cool down quickly.

Please leave the property as you found it: neat and tidy, with trash tins emptied, trash and recyclables disposed of, and dishes washed. Guests must notify the host before inviting anyone to the house, keeping in mind the current COVID-19. We need to ensure the safety of the guests we are hosting. No extra people should put our other guests at risk. We have implemented measures to maintain social distancing and safety protocols for all our guests.
