The secure gated complex offers a communal pool, with a separate children's pool. There is also access to the communal gym, sauna and outdoor lounge and dining seating area. The apartment offers two parking spaces in the underground parking, vented aircon throughout and free WIFI. The closest beach is 3.5km away and Bil Bil Golf club is just 1.3km away, offering an 18 hole course, plus tennis and padel courts. 6km will take you to Benalmadena port and Benalmadena Pueblo, a typical sleepy white Andalucian village is just 1.5km from the apartment, featuring cobbled streets, typical cuisine, bars and local crafts. This tastefully furnished apartment is located on the first floor, with access by lift and is arranged over one level. The open plan living space offers a well equipped kitchen, with a combined washing drying machine, plus a kitchen island with a breakfast bar and stools. The dining area will seat up to six people and the lounge area benefits from a large L shaped sofa. There is also a 55" smart TV.
