The Aguila 05 studio is located in Benalmádena and is perfect for a unique holiday with your loved ones. With 30 m², it features a living/sleeping area, a well-equipped kitchen, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 3 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), TV, air conditioning, fan, washing machine, and a microwave with oven function. An extra set of bed linen is provided for self-managed changes during longer stays. The kitchen and bathroom have windows facing the building’s elevator area, so some ambient noise may occasionally be heard.



The studio offers a private outdoor terrace, ideal for relaxing together.



The communal pool area is currently subject to a property dispute. Access to the pools cannot be guaranteed during June–September 2026.



The property is close to the beach, and public transport is within walking distance. Free street parking is available. One pet up to 20 kg is allowed at no extra charge upon request. Smoking and events are not permitted. This accommodation is for adults only; children are not accepted. Please note that government water regulations may apply during your stay, which could affect the use of the pool, garden watering, or limit tap water usage.
