Nestled in a peaceful residential area, the apartment boasts access to 2 pools and stunning sea views. Just a short walk away is Playa Carvajal, one of the best beaches on the Costa del Sol. Here, you'll find beach bars, restaurants, shops, and everything you need to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle. The Space: When you step into this bright and newly renovated apartment, you'll immediately feel at home. To the right, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials for cooking on holiday, including a dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge, and freezer. Moving further into the apartment, the open-plan living space features a dining area, a comfortable sofa bed, and a smart TV. Step out onto the lovely balcony, where you can enjoy meals with a beautiful sea view — on occasion, you might even spot dolphins swimming by. Upstairs, you'll discover a large and private roof terrace with a cozy lounge area, perfect for soaking up the sun all day long. The apartment features 2 bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed, air conditioning, and blackout blinds for a restful night’s sleep.
