The Space: This spacious and comfortable holiday villa is perfectly located close to supermarkets, restaurants, bars, parks, and entertainment, while still offering a private, quiet, and secure environment. The property is spread over three levels and features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a large garden area ideal for BBQs and outdoor relaxation. From the lounge terrace, you can enjoy beautiful views of the pool and the sea, making it the perfect place to relax with a glass of wine or dine with family and friends. Main Floor Entering the villa, you arrive on the main level, which includes a bright, fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for six guests, and a comfortable living room with a flat-screen TV and fireplace.
