It is ideal for families or group of friends who want to spend a vacation in spacious environments full of special corners fully equipped rooms and high quality details. Ideal for families or friends who want to spend a vacation in large spaces, full of special corners with details of quality and comfort Our apartment is south facing, the best to enjoy light and sun. It is located approximately 5 minutes walking distance from the beach and it's very close to Puerto Marina. You are also 15 minutes walking distance from the train station "Arroyo de la Miel" and 15 minutes away from the airport by car. If you have a vehicle, there is a parking area reserved for residents where you can leave it. Supermarkets, pharmacy, taxi stop, buses, you have everything at hand. It is an apartment of 135 square meters where you will surely enjoy your vacations. It is full of light and sun, and you can sunbathe at both of the terraces. All rooms are very spacious and they have a special touch. The apartment is completely renovated and new with everything you need to live as if you were at home. There are comfrotable leather armchairs in the living room where you can relax while reading or watching TV in a 55 '' SmarTV (Netiflix and Amazon is provided). The three bedrooms have memory foam mattress that guarantee your rest. The windows can be obscured with a store with black out system that prevents the passage of light. Also there are three fitted wardrobes. There are two terraces, one of them is 40 square meters. The apartment has central air conditioning with cold and heat mode (6000 frigorias) newly installed as well as ceiling fans in each of the bedrooms and the living room. You will enjoy a large and equipped kitchen with all appliances: vitroceramic hob, fume hood, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee capsule machine, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher and everything you need to cook. You can eat in the kitchen or you can sit at the dining table on the terrace. At dusk you can have a beer next to the barrel and the minibar. The terrace has a glass enclosure so you can take advantage of it both in winter and in summer. Also have a very special corner, with armchairs in a circle that invite conversation and relaxation. In any case, you can sunbathe or extend the awning to enjoy shade. If you prefer to go out to eat, you can choose from the wide variety of bars and restaurants that are within walking distance of the bulding. Of course it has wifi so you will be always connected. It is full of light and sun and consists of a large living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large terrace of 40 square meters with glass enclosure. The apartment is completely renovated and new with everything you need to live as if you were at home. All rooms are very spacious and each of them has a special touch. The rooms have viscoelastic mattresses for your comfort and safe rest and large wardrobes in each of them.
