This well equipped two bedroom, one bathroom ninth floor apartment has unrivalled sea views and a good size balcony where you can sit and top up your tan as you watch the marine vessels sailing by.

Centrally located and close to all amenities you will find the apartment has everything plus more for you to enjoy your stay.

The fully fitted kitchen has a fan oven. cooker hood. four ring ceramic hob, washing machine, fridge/frezezer. microwave/grill and plenty crockery and cutlery and an assortment of glasses from beer to wine, brandy to liqueur coffee. There is a kettle. toaster, coffee machine and sandwich maker and we provide an hospitality tray and also in line with covid19 we provide masks, sanitising gel and gloves.

The bathroom has a large walk in shower, wc, vanity unit and towel warmer.

There are two bedrooms, one double with double bed, one twin with two single beds. Both have fitted wardrobes and plenty of hanging space. Bath and hand towels are provided and bath mats as well with complimentary toiletries. There is a 55" tv in the double bedroom with free to air channels and a dvd player.

The living room has a comfortable suite with reclining chair and 55" tv with plenty of popular UK channels and Netflix too. Direct access through patio doors leads you to the lovely balcony with cast iron patio set and wicker chairs and table. Here the views are fantastic any time of the year.

The unique swimming pool is on the second floor and is for resident's use only. We provide beach towels on request and there is a cool box so you can use it to keep your drinks nice and cold.

The nearest beach - Malaspequera is just a short walk away but there are plenty to choose from, you could visit a different one each day of your holiday!

We have been visiting Spain for many years and have been lucky to have bought a few holiday properties and love looking after our guests. You may arrive as a stranger but we hope you leave as a friend.

We were informed late on the night before we were due to fly about an issue with the water supply at this apartment, which meant it was not available. Our hosts advised that they had “taken the initiative” to move us to alternative accommodation, another apartment of theirs at an apartment block right beside where we had originally booked to stay. When we arrived the apartment at Europark 74 was undergoing electrical works in the corridors with the suspended ceiling tiles removed and electrical cables visible. There was also plasterwork missing from the walls. Whilst this was no fault of our hosts, none of these works going on were made clear to us prior to our arrival and my wife was advised to “close her eyes” on the exterior corridor by the host when we arrived to check in. The apartment itself was very clean, although during our stay we did find cockroaches and beetles likely as a result of the on-going works. We also experienced a water leak from a tap having been left on from the apartment on the floor directly above. My wife and daughter were greeted by water in the corridor outside the apartment, and the leak also penetrated the bathroom, through the lights and the smoke alarm and down the door frames. Advertised to include sun loungers, but these were found to be dated and in need of an upgrade. Location was excellent, being close to all bars and restaurants in the area. We would not rebook based on our accommodation experience as first time visitors.
