Located just 6 minutes from the beach and with easy parking in the area (even in peak season). With a unique design, this ground floor apartment is located in a quiet and safe residential area. It has a Chill Out area with a cactarium to relax, meditate, listen to music or have a good chat. Ideal for friends, couples and families who want to spend some pleasant days on the Costa del Sol. This ground floor apartment has an entrance hall, a living room with a smart TV, 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds), 1 complete bathroom with a backlit mirror, a magnifying mirror and a huge shower tray with hydromassage and jets. In addition, it has the star of the apartment: a terrace designed as a chill out style that has a cactarium, artificial grass and Zen decoration. All the rooms in the apartment, apart from the living room, have air conditioning. Of course, the apartment has everything you need to live in it: WiFi, kitchenware, plates, glasses and cooking utensils, as well as a kettle, toaster and blender. You will have access to the entire apartment and you will not have to share it with anyone. You can enjoy all the rooms and the magnificent terrace whenever and however you want. The apartment is located in a residential area of Benalmádena Costa, ideal both for families or couples who want to spend a few days in peace, as well as for groups of friends who want to clear their heads and go out, since it is only an 8-minute walk from Puerto Marina, Benalmadena Costa's main nightlife and outlet area. In addition, it is only 12 minutes walk from the center of Arroyo de la Miel and its main street full of shops, restaurants and the train stop (Renfe), from where you can go to any part of Malaga for a very low price. Being a residential area, the parking is very good, easy to park on the same street or nearby even in high season. Once parked, you can walk to both Puerto Marina (about 8 minutes in the direction of the beach) or to the center of Arroyo de la Miel (about 12 minutes on foot in the direction of Fuengirola). From the center of the Arroyo you can take the train (Renfe) to travel throughout the Malaga Coast for a very low price. This ground floor is located just 8 minutes from Plaza Solymar, the main area of Puerto Marina, with restaurants, shops, access to the marina, the beach and other activities.
