Bright Studio 8 Min from the Train, Benalmádena

A renovated 25 m² studio on the ground floor of a building on Calle Galicia, right in the centre of Arroyo de la Miel (Benalmádena), an 8-minute walk from the suburban train station and with a supermarket and a pharmacy 3 minutes away. It sleeps 2 and is simple, bright and freshly renovated.

It is an open-plan studio: double bed, sofa, television and a table for two in the same room, with a kitchen equipped with a hob, fridge, microwave, electric kettle, Italian coffee maker and the utensils you need. The bathroom has a shower. There is air conditioning with heating, WiFi, an iron and ironing board, and bed linen and towels are included (2 sets of bed linen and 2 towels per guest). At the entrance to the building there is a coin-operated washing machine (2 € per wash, 1 € coins only).

The studio is on the ground floor, with three steps at the entrance. Parking is easy and free in the surrounding streets: there is no paid parking zone.

As for the area: you are in the centre of Arroyo de la Miel, with its shops, bars and café terraces on your doorstep. The C-1 suburban train station (airport, Málaga, Torremolinos and Fuengirola) is 500 metres away, the cable car up to Calamorro and Selwo Marina are a 10-minute walk and Parque de la Paloma 9 minutes. Santa Ana beach, in Benalmádena Costa, is 1.6 km away (about 20 minutes on foot or 5 by car), Puerto Marina 2.3 km (10 minutes by car) and Málaga Airport 15 km by motorway, around 16 minutes by car.
