Asunnon kuvat ja kuvaus pitävät paikkaansa. Vesi, sähkö ja wifi kuuluivat vuokraan, joten meidän ei tarvinnut arvailla varausta tehdessä mahdollisten lisäkulujen suuruutta. Asunto on lähellä kaikkea (ranta, rautatieasema, bussipysäkit, taksit, kaupat, ravintolat jne.). Asunto sijaitsee rauhallisessa talossa; alakerrassa ei ole ravintoloita eikä ikkunan alla katuliikennettä. Maisema Paloma-puistoon, merelle ja vuorille on mahtava! Parveke on tilava ja ilmansuuntana etelä/länsi, joten aurinko paistaa siihen koko päivän. Parvekkeita vastapäätä on toinen loma-asuntokerrostalo parvekkeineen. Tuuli tuntuu yllättävän kovalta 6\. kerroksessa. Omistaja on avulias ja ystävällinen. Hän vastaa viesteihin nopeasti. The apartment is clean and tidy and has great facilities for a comfortable stay, including Internet and TV, great fridge and freezer and washing machine. On 6th floor (there's a lift), a with corner balcony which gets the sun all day & evening. Newly redecorated throughout, new air con unit in living room is extremely efficient and silent. Kitchen is small but adequate. The owner has provided everything needed for an enjoyable & comfortable stay, including extras like hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel, washing up liquid and deckchairs. Very well equipped with cooking utensils, crockery etc and nice little extras such as washing up liquid, washing powder, shower gel, shampoo, toilet rolls and bottled water etc. Excellent internet (we were getting 48mbps download speed) which allied to the vpn app on our tablets/laptop enabled us to watch the bulk of English TV/Sky channels. The rooms are clean and the veranda is a big bonus. All shops and restaurants are very close. The hosts were so good, we asked for a highchair and a hand blender for our baby and it was provided. Bardzo polecam ten apartament w Benalmadena. Mieszkanie wyposażone jest praktycznie we wszystko czego tylko potrzebować można w trakcie wypoczynku.Położone jest w spokojnej ale nie odludnej części miasta w kompleksie apartamentowców.Mieszkanie posiada duży balkon z super widokiem , to ten na zdjęciu.Od plaży dzieliło nas 10 minut spokojnego spaceru , ale dla leniuchów wystarczy zjechać windą na basen w zielonym ogrodzie.Bardzo mili i pomocni właściciele są dopełnieniem wartości tego lokum.Korzystaliśmy z mieszkania w 4 dorosłe osoby, wszyscy podkreślamy że było bardzo super!Stosunek jakości do ceny w skali 1-10 to 9,5.Bardzo polecam Paweł. ##### Paweł W. Great views from balcony and close to lots of shops, restaurants etc. Host was brilliant, very helpful. This review was submitted before 2018 and has not been verified. ### 10/10 Excellent #### Roberto R. 22 Aug 2015 #### Perfetta Siamo stati in questo appartamento nel mese di luglio, è perfetto per una famiglia di 4 persone, la zona è ottima e con tutti i servizi nelle vicinanze l'appartamento è come lo vedete in foto, ha l'aria condizionata ed accesso internet, cosa non da poco, è in ottime condizioni e l'abbiam trovato perfettamente pulito, il giardino condominiale con le piscine è perfetto se non si ha voglia di camminare un po per andare alla spiaggia, anche perchè forse il mare non è a livello del posto, ma va bene lo stesso. i proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e hanno risposto con prontezza a tutte le nostre domande.Un grazie per la splendida vacanza. ##### Roberto R. ---
