Welcome to our cozy apartment located right by the sea. A comfortable and peaceful apartment just 50 meters from the beach, with 1 bedroom in Benalmádena, ideal for couples, small families, travelers or remote workers looking to enjoy a relaxing stay on the Costa del Sol.



The apartment has a capacity for 2 adults. The bright open-plan living room connects with a fully equipped kitchen and opens onto a private balcony with direct access to the communal gardens and pool, creating the perfect indoor-outdoor living experience.



The spacious bedroom features a comfortable double bed, and the bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and all the essential elements for a pleasant stay.



One of the highlights of the apartment is its charming outdoor area. Guests can access the community gardens directly from the balcony and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. You are invited to place chairs or relax on the lawn directly in front of the balcony during the day.



The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer, and all the kitchenware, dishes and utensils necessary to prepare meals at home.



The apartment also offers high-speed Wi-Fi, television, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, fresh bedding and towels, providing everything necessary for a comfortable vacation.



In addition, we include a private covered parking space for a car located in a building about 150 meters from the apartment.



Guests have access to the community pool, open from April 1st to October 31st, daily from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Please note that community quiet hours are observed around the pool between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.



One of the greatest advantages of the apartment is its fantastic location. The residential community is situated directly facing the beach, which allows you to reach the coast with just a short walk. Restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, beach bars, and public transportation are all nearby, making it an excellent base for exploring Benalmádena and the rest of the Costa del Sol.



Whether you are planning a beach vacation, a romantic getaway, or simply looking for a quiet place to relax by the Mediterranean, the apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

• No parties or events are allowed.

• Excessive noise and disturbances to neighbors are not permitted, especially during rest hours.

• Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited.

• The minimum age to book is 28 years old.

• This property is located in a quiet residential community and is intended for couples, families, and guests seeking a peaceful stay. It is not suitable for groups planning celebrations, parties, or loud social gatherings.

• Pets are allowed upon request (maximum weight: 10 kg). Potentially dangerous breeds are not permitted.



Please note that this is a self-catering apartment. We provide a small welcome package with still and sparkling water, a basic kitchen kit for your first night, and a travel-size bathroom set. Any additional food items or pantry essentials (such as coffee capsules, salt, oil, sugar, or spices) are not included, and their availability cannot be guaranteed.
