With 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, all exquisitely designed with top-renovated marble finishes, this stunning home promises a level of elegance and comfort that will surpass all your expectations. You'll find all the bedrooms conveniently located on the upper floor, providing you with privacy and tranquility.   
  
The large glass doors and windows allow for an indoor-outdoor living experience and bring a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the home. Stepping inside, you will be greeted by the luxurious interior at every turn. The open floor plan seamlessly merges a cozy living space, complete with a TV and an inviting indoor fireplace, a spacious dining area that seats up to 6 for your shared moments, and one of the best features of the villa is undoubtedly the stunning, fully equipped wooden kitchen, where your cooking dreams can soar. With spacious gated parking spaces for up to 4 cars, convenience and security are at your fingertips. So at any time of day, go ahead and take a dip in the inviting pool (which can be heated for 400€ per week) or rejuvenate your senses in the sauna. You can also sip on a cocktail while basking in the beauty of the surrounding nature on the sun beds which are thoughtfully placed by the pool and on the upper terrace next to the bedrooms.

• Pets   
  
As much as we love pets, we need to know what type of pet you are planning to travel with before we can accept your wishes. Please just ask us in the chat and we will answer immediately.   
  
• No Parties   
  
You are of course allowed to play music during the day and evenings but it should be on a level that do not disturbs any of the neighbors. From 10PM it shall be very quiet out of respect for your neighbors who live in Marbella full time   
 work during the mornings. If you are planning to party, please let us know so you can instead be recommended some 'party friendly' properties. There is also zero tolerance for using drugs in the property.   
  
• AC/Heater   
  
Turn off the AC while you are not at home and when you are checking out please. Keep all windows closed when you use the system for the best effect.   
  
• Security deposit   
  
Please respect community rules and leave the property in similar condition as when you arrived except from cleaning. We want to return the deposit and if you respect the rules there will be no problems. Failure to respect the community (Party, loud music etc) will result in you loosing the security deposit or in the worst case scenario that you need to leave the property earlier than expected so please respect that.   
  
• Check in is possible between 4.00-9.00 PM.   
  
Later arrival is also possible for a charge of 40 Euros (In between 9.00 PM - 5.00 AM).   
  
• Check-out is at latest 11AM.   
  
• You will get a booklet before your arrival with information of extra services: Airport transfer, car rental, daily cleaning, baby equipment, private chef, grocery stocking and also a guide with recommendations that we have gathered through out the years in Marbella.
