"Cute hotel that looks like it’s been recently remodeled! Very clean and nice especially for the price. Our room had a balcony and the pool area was a plus. We asked for late check out because we had another event later on in the day and the staff accommodated us easily for just $30 for an extra 3 hours. The front desk staff was very friendly and when I called about purchasing a razor, they had a complementary razor shaving gel set for me. Will definitely stay again! "

"Overall, I was happy. Location was exactly what I was looking for. A few small disappointments: Valet parking that was mandatory and expensive. If I’d known ahead of time, maybe. But it’s not listed on the website. The guys who ran the valet were super cool and in-&-out were fine. I just didn’t know about it beforehand. I had booked the hotel for three reasons: 1) location, 2) laundry facilities, 3) pool. 1) location was great! 2) laundry facilities- one washer/dryer was totally out of order and the other washer/dryer was partially out of order. I knew I would have a lot of laundry to do, so that was a big bummer to find out after the fact. 3) when I arrived, there was a sign at the front desk saying the pool heater wasn’t working. Also a big bummer. "

"We went to Santa Clara to see Luke combs concert! This was a double surprise and blessing! This hotel when you walk in, gives you a sense or vibe of being somewhere, almost tropical, and secluded and very safe.. our room had double doors, and they literally face the freeway. And yes, there was a hum, but we slept like rocks. We slept so good better than I do in my own bed at home! The place is impeccably clean. And I don’t mean like bleach, clean, or it reeks like sanitizer, no this place had such a beautiful scent and such a beautiful ambience … the rooms are big and spacious. The bed is comfortable. The gals front desk are very quiet and kind and the guests. There are also quiet and kind. I was very grateful they have a continental breakfast with orange juice and oatmeal and bagels and toast and cereals coffee and it happens to be Starbucks coffee, it was just an overall very good stay and I would stay there if I was ever in that area again up the street has a Market plus eateries, and Levi stadium wasn’t far at all !!. And the price was reasonable! My daughter, and I absolutely loved it 🙌🙌🙌💗"
